Very pleased to stay at Glo-Ran Hotel
The room, the pool side the restaurant... I'll give a 5star
The air conditioner is not cold and the complimentary breakfast was undercooked (moi-moi) the taste was ok Also, the towel was old as such I couldn't use it and so much mosquitoes in the environment.

Good hotel but must improve on service delivery
Good concepts on the building and facilities. The dream of the owner was good and well presented, what remains is the people and service delivery.
Dinner took 2 hours to serve at the restaurant after 30 minutes was promised. Staff only give lame apologies. TV in my room has no picture (316). The bathroom fittings are all falling apart. Missed the breakfast for 3 rooms booked which finished too early by 9am. No prior information on this.
